As our Service & Retail Coordinator, she combines her background in customer engagement, scheduling, and marketing with a genuine passion for helping clients feel cared for and confident in their wellness journey.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration in Digital Design, Emery brings fresh ideas and strong attention to detail to both our service experience and retail offerings. Her experience as a Front Desk Coordinator and in high-level event coordination has honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
A Jackson, TN native, Emery enjoys spending her free time with her two Labradoodles, Riggs and Bentley, and making memories with her family. She’s an avid traveler, and her favorite adventure so far was experiencing the magic of Christmas in Prague. Whether she’s helping you select the perfect skincare product or ensuring your appointment flows flawlessly, Emery’s goal is to make your Elevate experience exceptional every time you visit.
